ARREN is a Dublin based, Limerick born artist who blends the scale of iconic 90's and 2000's pop-rock with the intimacy of singer-songwriter.
Having released his nostalgic rock hit Dreams We Missed in November 2024 and his hopeful & cinematic single, Broken on April 22nd, ARREN continues to build momentum with his evolving sound with his upcoming warm & cinematic folk single Rising Sun.
On June 21st, ARREN played his 2nd headline full-band performance at Whelan’s Upstairs. To mark the release of Rising Sun, ARREN will be announcing more shows, so watch this space!

ARREN is a Dublin-based, Clare/Limerick-born artist who blends the anthemic scale of iconic ’90s and 2000s pop-rock with the intimacy of singer-songwriter. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Oasis, Mumford & Sons, Hudson Taylor, and U2, his sound is recognized for "combining vintage sounds with modern-day execution." From sold-out live shows to critically praised releases, ARREN has cemented his place as an artist to watch over the last year.
Having released his pop-rock summer anthem 'It Takes One to Know' in July 2024, his nostalgic rock hit 'Dreams We Missed' in November 2024 and his cinematic single 'Broken' in April 2025, ARREN continues to build momentum with his evolving sound. All of these singles saw widespread success across the Irish music industry, earning spots on major Irish Spotify playlists such as First Music Contact's Made in Ireland, airplay on top radio stations like Clare FM, and features in leading music magazines and blogs. The music video for 'It Takes One to Know' held a place on Puremzine's Fresh Top 20 Music Videos in Ireland for three weeks, reaching the number three spot.
Fresh off his second headline show at Whelan's in June, ARREN is set for an exciting new chapter. His upcoming single, 'Rising Sun', releasing on November 11th, is a cinematic, warm, and romantic folk tune that captures the bittersweet beauty of leaving home while honouring the love and legacy of one's parents. To celebrate the release, ARREN will unveil a full suite of accompanying visuals, including a lyric video, music video, and acoustic performance video. Fans can also experience the song live at special performances in Dublin this winter, with more details to follow via ARREN’s social channels.
